Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

A full refund will be given (upon returning the goods) if SimPit has incorrectly dispatched your order. Your claim must be received within 7 days after purchase and the item must be returned to SimPit. SimPit will organize the return and shipping fees. Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued. NO REFUND will be given if you keep the goods.

If you think you’ve incorrectly ordered an item, we may charge an 8% restocking fee. You will need to pay the cost for shipping it back to us.

NO REFUND will be given if you simply change your mind.
